Vice President, Automotive Services

The CAA Atlantic Automotive Services Group is a rapidly growing department, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

As a member of the Executive Team and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, Automotive Services is responsible for leading the Automotive Services Team, including Roadside Assistance Technicians, contractor network, and internal contact center. As a progressive leader, the Vice President will prioritize employee engagement and leadership development to ensure the effective adoption of CAA Atlantic’s culture, mission, vision, and values. This leader will contribute to and drive the overall business strategy, challenging and leading modern practices within the automotive services group to ensure high-level customer satisfaction that is cost effective and prioritizes safety, always. The Vice President will utilize data to make real-time decisions, strategic plans, and formal business cases as the automotive services group evolves. They will be active in national/international forums and ensure that automotive services operations are managed in accordance with all CAA/AAA quality standards, professional practices, and government regulations. The Vice President is also responsible for leading the implementation of innovative methods and technology with a focus on improved member/employee experience, efficiency, and growth.

The successful Vice President candidate will have 10 years of management experience, with five years spent in a senior leadership role. With a proven track record in guiding and cultivating management teams, they are a clear communicator and adept at building relationships across all organizational levels. With a demonstrated ability to align strategic and financial objectives, the senior leader is well-versed in positively impacting business results through operational excellence and analytical decision-making. Digitally savvy, the Vice President is talented at implementing technical solutions that utilize data to optimize new and existing processes. The successful candidate thrives in an environment where they manage competing priorities and deadlines. Experience in the automotive field or member and/or dispatch services is considered an asset.
