The next time you run into trouble with your vehicle you can use Service Tracker to get live updates on your roadside assistance call. You can track your driver's location on an interactive map, see estimated time of arrival, and closely follow the status of your call while you wait.
How to track your CAA Driver.
It's simple.
- Make sure your online My Account is active. This enables you to use the CAA Service Tracker, upgrade your Membership, check your CAA Dollars balance and more!
- Second, place a roadside assistance request. If you are experiencing any car problems, get in touch with us so we can help. There are a few different ways to submit a request.
- Third, track your call. Track your driver with the unique link we send you so you can see exactly where they are when they will arrive.
