CAA Now 200,000 Members Strong in Atlantic Canada!

This fall CAA in Atlantic Canada has reached a significant milestone – there are now over 200,000 Members across New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.

CAA Atlantic serves its Members here at home from its Atlantic Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick as well as from its Member Service Centres in Halifax, Dartmouth, St. John’s, Charlottetown, Moncton, Fredericton, and Saint John. Members can also access CAA Services through the CAA Atlantic website as well as our Atlantic-based Contact Centre. And of course, CAA travels well – Members can access all the same benefits and services wherever they travel across North America and the world.

“Our team of Staff, Management, and Board of Directors from across Atlantic Canada are privileged to serve our Members here at home”, said Gary Howard, Vice President of Communications for CAA Atlantic. “When you talk to CAA you are talking to a neighbor. But we are also part of something much bigger as well -- CAA and AAA collectively represent over 52 million Members across North America. So no matter where you go, we are there with you”.

With over 100 years of service to Canadians, CAA has built a strong tradition of offering Members reliable, caring service while building on leading-edge innovation. There are 200,000 Members in Atlantic Canada who know all about the value and peace of mind a CAA Membership delivers everyday:

  • North America’s leading Roadside Assistance. CAA Membership covers the Member, no matter what vehicle they are driving in.
  • Canada’s largest leisure travel agency with special Member-only discounts and benefits on flights, cruises, hotels, vacation packages and more.
  • Insurance products including Auto & Home, Travel, Life, and Health Insurance.
  • CAA Member Rewards offering Members savings every day at a variety of merchants and retailers just by showing their Membership Card.

CAA also plays an important public service role, advocating on issues of concern to its Members and the general public, including road safety, the environment, mobility, infrastructure and consumer protection.

As a not-for-profit, Member-based organization, CAA’s goal is to bring more value, to more Members, more often, in more ways.  “Two Hundred Thousand Atlantic Canadians can’t be wrong” says Howard. “I think they may be onto something here”.
